  | Foundation Experts, LLC may provide no charge visual observations with recommendations for homeowners who are
considering repairs 'in areas relative to our trade'. Observations in crawlspaces for the purpose of a proposal may
carry a fee for the detail provided in proposal. If a formal inspection is requested for homes listed for sale, a fee
will apply as our supplied detail is often used for structural certifications, reports and negotiations. The company
follows the IRC (International Residential Code) that creates minimum regulations for one and two-family dwellings
of three stories or less. This is the code all municipalities enforce.

The company inspects all structures, including commercial buildings. Fees are established in advance for
all non-residential inspections and proposals.

If the source of the concern is indiscernible to the homeowner, or an independent general home inspector
recommended a structural expert, Foundation Experts, LLC will include the participation of our Engineers and
Special Inspectors, as determined by the company. This usually occurs when cracking is observed on walls above
the foundation or other significant signs of structural distress are noted, or a water intrustion concern is present.
We recommend the prospective buyer not rely solely on the cost projections of a general home inspector as we have found
those estimates to be grossly understated in almost all instances. A fee is established in advance and charged for
inspections of non-owned properties when we are contacted by a real estate agent or a prospective buyer who schedules the appointment.

The company inspects properties where certifications are required for loan approval as well as occupancy.

As we are often contacted by new home buyers with concern for repairs arising post property transfer (two-year window),
we suggest forwarding a copy of the inspection report relative to the sale. We will review the report as a no charge courtesy,
and will establish a fee for further assistance in recouping funds for repair. For your convenience, we accept credit cards.
We have an extensive background in supporting clients who have been given misinformation.

Foundation Experts, LLC has Engineers and Special Inspectors licensed to examine all areas of construction.
The company, through our network of colleagues, provides Engineers and Special Inspectors licensed to examine properties.
The company is a Special Inspection Agency in the City of Philadelphia, which is the highest standing a firm can attain
as an inspection agency.

Note: Foundation Experts, LLC highly recommends all buyers of homes that are renovated by the "home flipping trade" be
inspected, whether by our firm or a company matching our credentials. We have visited a countless number of homes where new
property owners were sold homes with defective construction. In addition, homes are being sold to unsuspecting buyers with
repairs that were not performed under a building permit. Once occupancy has changed, the new owner is responsible to bring
the home up to current code and in some cases vacate the property until work is completed.
